1/4 C SUNFLOWERS SPROUTS
I ONION SLICED
1/2 BELL PEPPER
1 1/2 C SHREDDED CABBAGE
2 TBS CILANTRO
1/4 TSP SEA SALT
OPC- CAYENE POWDER
WRAPS
ROMAINE LETTUCE
CASHEW DIP
1 CUP RAW CASHEWSSOAKED FOR 2 HRS
1/4 CUP WATER
1/4 CUP FRESH LEMON JUICE
2 PITTED SOFT DATES
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP ONION POWDER
1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
PINCH OF PEPPER
2 TBS OLIVE OIL
2 TBS FLAXSEED OIL
FOR THE DIP
COMBINE THE CASHEWS ,WATER, LEMON JUICE,DATES, SALT, ONION AND GARLIC POWDER, AND PEPPER IN A BLENDER
WITH THE BLENDER RUNNING,ADD THE OLIVE OIL AND THE FLAXSEED OIL IN A STEADY STEAM UNTIL EMULSIFIED
REFRIGERATE.
FOR THE WRAPS
COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL.
SPOON EACH SERVING IN A LARGE LETTUCE LEAVE .
ADD A SPOON OF CASHEW DEEP ON TOP OF THE SALAD AND WRAP.
